Why I don't believe in ready-made plans

Every athlete has a different life, training history, and stress tolerance. That's why copying training plans of world champions rarely works.

Everything starts with me getting to know you. How you live. How you work. What your goals are. What your logistics look like.

From this information, I build a plan that's optimal for your situation.

I'm not interested in ticking off training sessions. I'm interested in the process that delivers long-term progress.

Adrian Kostera

I started from zero – at age 30, with no background, just after stubbing out my last cigarette. Today I'm the ultra triathlon world record holder. I covered 40,170 km in the longest triathlon in history and ran 574 km without sleep.

I know what progress looks like from the inside. That's why my clients stay with me 28 months on average.
