What running shoes should I wear?
Answer 9 questions – we'll match 3 models to your running style.
Let's be honest
Shoes are a deeply personal thing. The same model can be the best shoe for one person and the worst for another. Often you only notice something's wrong after a longer distance.
I won't sugarcoat it – you won't find the "perfect" shoe here. This tool helps you get your bearings when you don't know where to start.
Shoes are expensive. For many people, buying several pairs isn't an option – but if your budget allows it, that's actually the right approach. Instead of looking for one shoe for 5 km and a hundred miles, you're better off with two separate pairs.
This is not a sales calculator. There is no advantage between brands. And the fact that your favourite athlete runs in shoe X – that's just sponsorship contracts.

– Full footprint visible → overpronation

Or look at old shoes from behind – if the outer heel is worn → supination, if inner → pronation.
