Adrian Kostera – ultra triathlon coach and world record holder

From zero to world records

I don't talk about training from theory. I talk about training I went through myself – from absolute zero to world records.

My journey started at age 30. I had never trained before – just after stubbing out my last cigarette, I started from scratch. Learning to swim, cycle, and run. Step by step. Day by day.

At the same time, I was working in a greenhouse. Training had to fit into real life – because that was the only life I had.

"It's proof that systematic work works – if you treat training as a process."

My real achievements

  • 🏆 World Record in ultra triathlon – 5× Ironman
  • 🌍 365 days of triathlon – the length of the equator (40,170 km)
  • 🏃 Longest no-sleep run – 574 km in 86h14'
  • 🥇 Multiple wins in ultra running and triathlon events

How I work with athletes

📊 Data, not ambition

I build training on data and your body's real response. Data analysis instead of long conversations – effective and efficient.

🔄 Flexibility

Training adapts to your life, not the other way around. Schedule changes, illness, work – all of it factored in.

📈 Long-term focus

My clients stay with me 22 months on average. I'm not looking for quick wins – I build sustainable progress.

Why I do this

Because it's my passion. I'm good at it. I know how to design training that actually works.

Because guiding people toward their athletic dreams gives me purpose. This is work that matters.

And because doing it makes me grow too – as a coach, as an athlete, and as a person.

If you want your training to stop being chaos and start leading to real change – join me.
