Your pace, your distance

Wings for Life World Run has no finish line. The Catcher Car starts 30 minutes after the runners and gradually accelerates – until it catches everyone.

The question isn't "how fast do you run" but "how long can you hold the optimal pace". This calculator does the maths for you.

The 20-minute test
